He’s not responsible for the sting operation, the new Pflophouse mix, Officer Williams and her delusional suspicions, the metal pipes, the FBI, the rich kids with nothing to lose, Mateo, Larry the pig, all the knives, the local aspiring TV reporter, the plutonium deal that went wrong, or anyone who might die as a result. It’s not Rafael’s fault, but it’s his problem.
